Below is a quote for photography services. We calculated everything out, and if y’all are still good with covering flights and lodging (hoping y’all can get these covered with miles and points!), we’re totally comfortable coming in at the mid-range of your budget, at $7500. And we’ll just expense transportation and meals on our end, so you don’t have to worry about reimbursements or surprise invoices 😆. And bonus: since we’re rendering service outside our state, our rate won’t be subject to sales tax…woohoo!
