This is such a wonderful and exciting time, and we’re so glad you’re considering us to photograph this event for you. To make it short: we LOVE proposals.

Since you've never done this before, you might be a little anxious making sure that everything goes smoothly, that your partner is surprised, that you don't forget anything important, that you think of the right things to say, etc. No pressure, right? Well we’ve done this dozens of times, so you can confidently check “get amazing photos” off your list.

Proposal coverage includes:

• One on-location consultation (if possible) to coordinate photography services
• Up to two hours of photography services
• Additional hours available at 500 USD each
• A bespoke collection of individually considered images in a personalized online viewing gallery linked to a premium print shop

When you’re ready to reserve our services, I’ll get the process started! I know you don’t have an exact date yet, but we can work with you as things come together. As of now, we’re out of town the weekend of August 12th - August 14th. Additionally, we have a soft hold for the week of August 21 - August 28th. That job won’t require the whole week, only three days, but we won’t know which three days until probably the week of the 8th.
